Healthcare Inside Sales Representative

JOB PURPOSEThe Market Development Coordinator is responsible for meeting or exceeding the subscriber growth goals. He/she will develop, identify, and execute the most effective methods of driving growth by working closely with both the Lifeline Field Sales Staff and the Customer Service/Sales organization.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides information to marketing regarding marketing materials and develops campaigns that increase subscriber growth.
Supports in house direct mail campaigns through outbound calls and by building relationships with referral sources.Coordinates field and inside sales rep activities with inside operational activities.Maintains referral source contact information.Works with field sales reps to identify and convert appropriate accounts to BMS.Coordinates market development following conversions, and identifies and develops underdeveloped markets.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Experience:College degree or equivalent related work experience.
Minimum of 2 years sales or marketing experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organization, and time management skills.Demonstrated attention to detail, work ethic, and accountability.
Strong computer skills.
Voracious drive to succeed.Ability to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a marketing and project management environment.
Position may require up to 15% travel
