Experienced CSM to manage, coordinate and execute group assignments turned over by the Sales Department in high volumne environment. Monitor all contractual agreements pertaining to sleeping rooms, attrition, meeting space, food and beverage and special concession. Responsible for maximizing food and beverage revenue, room rental, ancillary income (including selling of off site events) from assigned groups by solicitation of affiliate business and upselling. Effectively communicate to all hotel departments the information necessary to successfully execute the group's needs while maintaining a good client relationship.





REQUIREMENTS
Experienced CSM able to juggle no less than 5 clients (miniumu 100 rooms on peak) per month with volumne of food and beverage revenue of $3,000,000. Multitasker, ambassador for internal and external customer. Excellent communication skills and full understanding of all challenges involved in executing client expectations while acheiving profit margins.
