You can learn on your own schedule, at your own pace and earn valuable CE credits.As a Clinical Account Executive with Gentiva, you will:Call on physicians, hospital or skilled nursing facilities/management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote the sale of designated service lines.Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market or territory sales plan. Maintain target lists and territory management systems records.Prepare annual territory business plans for the Manager’s review or approval. Implement business plans, prepare quarterly updates, and manage sales time or resources according to plan.Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions, and proposal/contract pricing.Meet with market and branch management and staff to discuss sales activities, pricing, potential problems, new opportunities, etc.Act as a liaison between clients and Company staff to resolve problems, provide information on products and services, and maintain positive relations.
REQUIREMENTS
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalentRN licensure plus a minimum of three years clinical experienceIndustry sales experienceStrong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniquesExcellent organization, problem-solving, and communications skillsGeneral knowledge of sales techniques and a basic knowledge of physician, hospital, or skilled nursing facility, case management, and discharge planning service needsComputer literacyExcellent interpersonal, organizational, communications, and presentation skillsAbility to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required
