Provide continuous follow up with approved brokers to ensure business is being referred, CMI loans are registered to close and quality standards are maintained. Represent CMI at local trade shows and conferences. REQUIREMENTS


Skill examples:- Management: Leadership, interpersonal, communication, analytical, administrative.- Functional: Accounting, credit analysis, project management, strategic planning, purchasing, systems and technology.- Technical: Systems analysis, data center management, LAN administration, spreadsheets, word processing.Strong understanding of the sales process. Strong interpersonal skills. Team player. Proven track record to success. Ability to self start and self motivate. At least 5 years mortgage knowledge. One year of knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and broker sales.
