Account Executive
Senior Account ExecutiveOur client is a well established software company that is a leader in their space. As a result of their ongoing growth they are now seeking qualified candidates with experience selling ERP software solutions for these positions:
Locations: California and DallasWe are seeking a candidate with experience selling ERP solutions to the process industry (but not purely discreet sales exp), or with experience with ERP selling into Supply Chain or PLMDrive sales of our client’s solution suite to achieve annual financial objectives. Directly responsible for ERP, PLM and related SCM sales. Also responsible for working with other company divisions in a team manner to cross sell and communicate with peers to promote solutions over all others in every case. Individual initiative to take responsibility for personal deliverables while promoting cultural values in a team approach is essential to long term success.This position requires the individual to take personal responsibility for running their business in an entrepreneurial fashion to achieve budgetary goals. This can include prospect profiling, direct marketing, solution positioning, extended sales team management, sales event choreography, collateral development, business proposal generation and project management. Company will provide a broad and deep set of resources to support the account manager. The most successful representatives are highly intelligent, creative, tenacious and self-motivated.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and experience:Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of direct sales experience, selling high value, high concept software application solutions to c-level executives in companies ranging from the Fortune 50 to $100M in revenue. A college education with completion of a bachelor’s degree is required. Must be comfortable speaking peer to peer with senior executives. Formal sales training experience in one or more of a number of techniques / disciplines is required (corporate programs, solution selling, strategic selling, TAS, Complex sale, etc). A history of consistent performance and ability to exceed metrics needed.Specific experience selling Oracle, SAP or other Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP solutions is ideal. Supply chain decision support or execution management is preferred.
