ABOUT THE POSITION:

In this fast paced and challenging position, you will be responsible for:

Making outbound calls to potential students that have inquired about the company's ground campus degree and certificate programs---no cold calling!
Qualifying potential students for admissions and financial aid requirements.
Enrolling students for undergraduate and certificate programs.
Generating additional referrals from existing students.
Setting individual and team goals that fall in line with the aggressive company growth plan.

To be immediately and seriously considered for this amazing opportunity, you must have the following:

Minimum of 30 college credits - Bachelor?s Degree is preferred.
Results-driven attitude with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Marketing, telemarketing, customer service or relationship sales experience.
Strong follow-up skills and persuasiveness to engage students to enroll immediately for courses.
Flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Persistence and high energy are key attributes for success in this role.
The desire to help others better their lives through education.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Windows.
Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.

REQUIREMENTS
•Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Requires ability to use MS Office and basic computer skills.
•Must possess excellent sales skills.
•Must possess ability to serve the needs of customers through the use of empowerment, shared responsibility and team accountability.
•Previous retail experience preferred.

MUST BE WILLING TO ROTATE SHIFTS AND TIMES AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.
