Target Protection Specialist This entry-level Target Specialist will aggressively address all issues of safeness, theft and fraud to deliver a fast, fun and friendly experience for our guests and team members.By maximizing safeness, the Target Protection Specialist will:
Act as visible, brand presence in the front of the store
Provides crisis support
Gather, retain and communicate safeness, theft and fraud issues
Maintain a professional appearance and presence
Cover safeness, theft and fraud topics with team members during store huddles; establish relationships with key Team Members
Be friendly, positive, helpful, and team-oriented; showing respect for all team members and guests
Be willing to learn new skillsBy minimizing theft and fraud, the Target Protection Specialist will: Provide apprehension support
Collect and communicate theft and fraud information
Prevent loss of merchandise through receipt checks and alarm responses
Develop relationships with local law enforcement and community agencies who are involved with the store
Report to work for all shifts, on time
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for: 18 years of age or older
Cheerful and helpful guest service skills
Friendly and upbeat attitude
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
An interest in Assets Protection (Loss Prevention)
