Store Manager:
The Store Manager provides guidance, direction and development to the store team in order to achieve all revenue, profit and customer service goals.
Store Manager Primary Responsibilities Include:
Generating personal sales and registering weddings to standards set in performance metrics
Maintaining the highest standards of customer service
Sales responsibility to include performance management for selling metrics
Store staffing; recruit and hire to a staffing plan
Employee training and development
Maintenance of store and visual displays
Performance of outreach duties to support in-store salesSkills, Abilities, Knowledge and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of college preferred
4 years supervisory experiences in a retail environment
Demonstrated personal selling skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
A sense of urgency regarding customer service and sales results
Highly organized with a detail orientation and proven follow-up skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
The ability to remain calm under challenging circumstances
Demonstrated initiative in planning and organizing events and activities
