Staffing Coordinator

RaceTrac Petroleum, the 2nd largest privately owed company in Atlanta Georgia, is looking for a Staffing Coordinator who will join our team. RaceTrac currently owns over 500 convenience stores and is anticipating growing by 35-45 stores per year for the next five years.
This Staffing Coordinator must be energetic and outgoing. This isn’t just a desk job. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves and get dirty if you really want to know what’s happening in the business. The more you learn the more successful you will be.This person will be responsible for contacting qualified Management and Associate candidates from our automated employment screening system, conducting group and individual interviews, screening applications for correctness, keeping up with the hiring needs of the stores, attending career fairs and making offers to candidates.Qualified candidates will possess the following:
-Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment preferably in a retail or restaurant setting
-Experience in either a corporate Human Resources department or in the staffing industry
-Strong interviewing skills
-Ability to work independently with little supervision
-Willingness to travel throughout SWFL and surrounding areas
