Time: 12pm-8pm
Looking for : SEASONAL SALES ASSOCIATES BASIC FUNCTION: The overall function of a Seasonal Sales Associate is to promote sales, provide customer service, perform merchandising duties, maintain housekeeping standards, and to control shortage in order to achieve goals set by the Store Management Team. In addition, they must execute and maintain Company standards and support all policies and procedures. These are temporary positions throughout the Holiday season. They may or may not become full time..............
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales Performance - utilize Company information to achieve and maximize sales volume, profitability and store productivity.Customer Service - greets every customer and maintains a high level of customer service in all stores through personal interaction with associates and customers.Operations - must comply with all Company directives, policies and procedures.Maintain Company equipment and store cleanliness.Helps maintain housekeeping list.Merchandising - maintain high standards of merchandising, store signage and proper techniques to create an appealing and inviting environment in which customers may shop.Loss Prevention - responsible for compliance with the prevention of loss and security of Company assets.Responsible for shortages within the store and action as it relates to security issues, shoplifting and safety.Assist in accounting for movement of product.Report all cases of suspected theft.Physical Activities - unload trucks; capable of regularly lifting and carrying twenty (20) pounds; merchandising, stocking, straightening product which requires extensive bending, kneeling, stooping and use of ladders; exhibits dexterity in use of pricing guns, electronic registers, other tools and equipment.Any duty as assigned.REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to read, comprehend and speak English (in U.S. stores).Works with Store Management to increase sales and profitability.Maintains a neat, clean, customer friendly environment in which customers will shop.Maintains a high level of Company standards in the store.Adheres to KB Toy Store policies and procedures.Join a company that is in the business of having fun!
