Be a part of a dynamic operations team in one of the US's most exciting and fast paced cities of Walnut Creek, CA. Effectively assist in the branch administrative and operational functions in this team focused role and bring your skills in efficiency and attention to detail to this invaluable role.

Responsible for financial processes, including sales audit accounting of financial liabilities, weekly financial reporting of store performance and accounts payable transactions. Respond to customer phone calls and inquiries, prepare Retail Replacement Valuation correspondence and all other correspondence inclusive of the Internet. Order and monitor supplies and assist management in Time & Attendance reporting and in store event planning.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 2 years of work experience in an administrative support department and computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. We seek an individual who demonstrates integrity, dependability and a track record of following through on commitments with the highest level of customer service.
