Sales Technician

In this position, you will be responsible for providing customer service and sales support consistent with our EASY Service behaviors, with a particular emphasis on technical services to our customers, as well as, within the office equipment area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Selling products and services in business machines department
•Driving electronics and EASY Mobile Tech Revenues
•Managing and Performing in-store upgrades and installs
•Customer Service
•Loss Prevention
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
•Strong selling and customer service skills
•Organized and detail oriented
•Knowledge of basic computer skills
•Canddates will be asked to complete the ERT Training certification upon placement
