Sales Manager

Crew Manager Work 18 days on 18 days off Cummins Industrial Tools conducts mobile tool sales through out the United States. Our sales crews work for 18 days and then have 18 days off. During the 18 day shift, they conduct 17 sales. We are searching for managers to run one of our crews. Duties include but are not limited to hiring and training the crew, managing inventory, sales and customer service, basic accounting, coordinating travel of crew, etc. Company offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary plus a commission based upon the net profits of the sale. Potential for first year manager is $45,000 to $55,000+. Experienced managers can make $60,000+. Our more successful managers make $100,000+.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will have retail or warehouse management experience, ability to work on feet for entire day, good oral communication skills, four function math skills, basic computer skills, prefer college degree, Class A CDL is a plus.
