Sales Assistant, Short Term Fixed Income - San Francisco

This job is located in our San Francisco Office. The Sales Assistant's role requires daily interaction with our institutional clients that reside primarily in the western part of the United States. These clients buy and sell securities in the various asset classes mentioned above. The Sales Assistant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for confirming, either verbally or electronically, all trades executed by the San Francisco Sales Team. All trades are monitored from inception to settlement. The candidate for this position will have the opportunity to interact directly with our institutional clients on a daily basis. The candidate for this position should develop a keen understanding of the capital and debt markets over a period of time. Other responsibilities include:

Essential Experience:

Fixed Income Securities Trade Processing

Education (where applicable):

BS/BA

Certification or Registration (where applicable):

Series 7 and 63 licenses
