REQUIREMENTS


- Must have 3+ years of retail experience, in a customer focused environment

-Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals through customer development

-Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills

-Energy, attention to detail, initiative, enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task are required

-Ability to work well independently and in a team oriented environment

-All SFA associates are required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, evening, weekends and holidays. Dependability a must.
