SALES REP. NEEDED!!!

-Initiates outbound calls to new Generation+ customers in an assigned 8 state territory.

-Identifies prospects and builds loyal customer relationships via telephone.

-Able to function in a highly transactional sales volume environment.

-Attains or exceeds 100% of assigned revenue goal (team or individual) by initiating outbound calls to prospects and existing accounts to qualify leads, sell Generation+ products and services and acquire new customers.

-Consistently moves the customer or prospect towards commitment, and closes sales that exceed customer expectations. -Presents key selling points/features and benefits while focusing on customer needs and expectations.

-Demonstrates persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strives to achieve goals.

-Delivers benefit statements, handles objections, & records statistics on each outbound call.

-Maximizes renewal opportunities in territory.

-Manages plan of ongoing contact with clients.

-Accurately uses sales management database for sales processing; keeps comprehensive, accurate notes in database.

-Works effectively as part of a team, exerts positive influence, serves as a team resource, and supports Generation+ missions.

BENEFITS:

-This opportunity offers $18-24k/annual guaranteed, plus 5% commission and monthly bonuses based upon performance.

-Health plan available after 90 days.

-No evenings or weekends. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
REQUIREMENTS


-Previous sales or outbound call center experience helpful, but not necessary. We will train you.

-High School degree or equiv. required; Associates or Bachelors degree a definite bonus.

-Familiar with working in an incentive/goal driven environment.

-Excellent telephone and customer service skills.

-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
