We are currently recruiting for a Retail Warehouse agent in Hartford, CT. The Agent is responsible for building, training, maintaining, and managing teams of receiving employees. The successful Agent is adept at following best practice guidelines while injecting on-site improvements into daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse supports, organizes, directs, coaches, and develops the warehouse employees to maximize the efficient and cost effective use of payroll to achieve high levels of employee morale, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Candidates must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, clerical and reporting processes.
