Regional Director

Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions is seeking a regional director to oversee the South region. This position can be based in either Atlanta or Miami and will oversee all of Florida and Georgia. The dynamic and results-oriented leader selected for this position will lead and manage regional teams to achieve goals, deliver superior performance and drive profitability. The regional director will provide leadership, guidance and support to ensure a culture of exceptional customer service.

Primary responsibilities:
o Direct day-to-day operations of multi-site retail operations
o Manage the business to key performance metrics
o Hire, train and supervise regional staff
o Provide leadership, motivation and direction to regional teams.
o Drive strategic planning for the continued growth of the business
o Provide direction and recommendations to improve operational and financial performance and profitability of retail operations

Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred
o 5-7+ years of management, operations, marketing, sales experience
o Demonstrated success in managing staff and multi-site operations
o Proven success in hiring, retaining and developing top talent
o Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and team motivation skills
o Problem solving, decision making and creative thinking abilities
o Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communications and presentation skills
o Extensive travel throughout Florida and Georgia
o Must be authorized to work in the United States
