Mosaic is an industry leader and rapidly growing national field marketing company specializing in developing and executing field marketing events, sales/merchandising services and retail promotions for Fortune 500 clients. We are currently seeking outstanding Merchandising Specialists to help out with various special projects for the nation's largest consumer electronics retailer in your area. The projects will include store visits to maintain merchandising responsibilities within various departments.



You will be responsible for setting product to plan-o-grams, ensuring POP placement, collecting and reporting inventory data and moving product from the stock room to the sales floor. The tasks associated with this role will vary frequently, as will the weekly work hours. All scheduled weekly visits for this program MUST be completed on Monday and/or Wednesday.



You will also work closely with retail associates and managers, informing them of new product launches, promotions and procedures. Your ability to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is key in achieving the goals of this program.

REQUIREMENTS




General Experience:



- Proven and successful track record in retail or merchandising environment



- Professional demeanor and image compatible with the brand and Mosaic



- Experience influencing shelf and display allocation by participating in decisions made by store management



- Acts as a strategic client advisor to store management to enhance retailer relationships



- Independent, self-motivated, and organized, while remaining flexible and adaptable



- A high degree of attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and respond to ever-changing priorities



- Must complete all administrative duties on time and with accuracy



- Strive to consistently meet and exceed numerous program objectives




Technical Requirements:



- 24 hour/7 days a week computer access



- Capable of utilizing a state-of-the-art handheld computing device for data collection and reporting



- Ability to complete online training as required




Insurance Requirements:



All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.




Physical Requirements:



The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and /or walk for up to 8 hours in retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; read, talk and hear; be able to climb a ladder, count and perform basic mathematic functions; sort, organize, and assemble things according to written instructions; regular lifting up to 25 lbs. to move stock or displays from the stock room to selling floor.
