Inside Sales (no cold calling!) with Growth Opportunities!!!

Our client on the NW side of Chicago and in Naperville is seeking to hire highly motivated, performance-driven Admission Advisors to be an integral part of their growing university!! This is a permanent position that requires 1-2 years of inside sales or recruiting experience.
As an online admissions advisor you will be responsible for:
~generating student enrollments by calling on prospective students
~advising students with respect to how this educational institution can meet their educational and career needs better than any comparable institution, and
~guiding qualified applicants through the admissions and enrollment processes.

Understanding “process-sales” and clear, concise, communication will be critical in this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must possess:
** Bachelor's Degree
** At least 1-2 years of Inside Sales, Recruiting, or Admissions experience
** Passionate about education
** Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

COMPENSATION
** $37,000 to $42,000 straight salary
