As a Inside Sales Representative, you'll support our Communications/Data Sales Reps with front-line service to our customers. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional who can handle order entry, follow-ups, pricing, billing, and credit and claims requests from customers to ensure total customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding our products well enough to assist customers with product selection and applications. We are looking for an individual who has the customer service skills, the aptitude to learn and apply new skills/knowledge, and has a sincere interest in a career - not just a job.
REQUIREMENTS
*Must have excellent verbal skills
*Desire and ability to live in the New Orleans area
*Some sales experience (inside, outside, or retail) desired
*Confident and outgoing personality
*Knowledge of construction industry a major plus!!!
