Crown Bolt LLC. is a global distributor of fasteners, anchors, chain, threaded rod and hardware related products. Founded in 1981, Crown Bolt has grown to become one of the largest consumer fastener and retail hardware companies in the United States with four strategically placed distribution facilities. Those facilities allow product delivery to any point in the country generally within 24 hours or less.



POSITION PURPOSE

Strengthens company's service by working with merchandisers to ensure company standards and account satisfaction account base and works with merchandisers to ensure company standards.



MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Responsible for servicing highest volume stores within reasonable distance from residence.

Responsible for the training of all new hires. Training will utilize the Perfect Store concept utilizing the Merchandiser Manual.

Conveys product knowledge to store associates and store customers

Defines areas of improvement through store inspection and employee contact.

Must be able to travel long distances within assigned territory, which might include the need for overnight trips.

Performs basic maintenance to display using ten step standards set up by company

Field Manager

No direct responsibility for supervising others.



ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS


Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors.

Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


Must be eighteen years of age

Must pass the Drug Test

Must pass the Background Check

Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable



EDUCATION REQUIRED


The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS


Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying/carrying material or equipment of weight up to 75 pounds
