Assistant Manager

Stellar Partners, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to assist our management team managing our News & Gifts and MindWorks Stores at O'Hare International Airport.

Here’s What We Expect:

Our Assistant Managers assist the General Manager and management team in overseeing the daily operations of 6 News & Gifts locations and one Children’s Specialty store, MindWorks.

They must excel at driving sales, providing outstanding customer service and providing visual merchandising assistance. They must be flexible and willing to work some nights, weekends and holidays.

To be successful, you must have at least one year experience as a retail manager or assistant manager in a specialty store, or as department manager in a big box store.


REQUIREMENTS
2 Year Degree Preferred
Minimum of 1 year Retail Managerial experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Can meet FAA regulations for a security background check
