As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a staff of associates, promoting sales, providing customer service, performing merchandising duties and controlling shrink while supporting the Store Manager in the achievement of sales plans and goals.

A successful candidate for this position will have:
Outstanding customer service and sales skills
A team player attitude
A motivation to learn and succeed
The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities

Candidates should offer at least 1 year supervisory experience.

Other requirements to be considered include:
High School diploma or equivalent
The ability to lift 20lbs from floor to shoulder
The ability to be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing (US stores only)
