Analyst-Sales Ops

The Analyst of Sales Operations for the IL/WI Region will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the demo program for all sales channels and partnering departments. Overall responsibilities include the following: Manage the day to day Demo Program for the Business Sales Channel which includes processing requests, shipping phones and notifiying the rep that their order was processed. Maintain the MW BS Demo Mailbox and process the requests within 72 business hours. Keep an accurate inventory record of the Business Channel Demos and IL/WI Emergency Phones by utilizing an Access Data Base. Order new demo products and replacements for the business channel and sales-ops. Maintain equipment in the storage room. Must be knowledgeable on VZW products and be able to provide technical assistance & troubleshooting to resolve equipment/data issues if necessary. Duties will include ordering new demo products and replacements for the business channel and sales-ops. Provide regular reports to the management team. Provide weekly reports on overdue handsets. Conduct monthly audits.
Job Requirements
3 -5 Years Wireless Experience. High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. I2K /Vision Expert. Knowledge of POS systems (Net ACE, My Net ACE). Strong Project Management Skills. Possess excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
