Work where your family and friends go for their medical care! A Woman’s Place is an upscale retail shop at Northside’s main campus that sells gowns, maternity bras and offers breast prosthesis services. The Assistant works with clients in product selection, providing current information and completes sales transactions related to products carried by A Woman’s Place. Will lend a hand in daily operations, product inventory and retail display. Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling appointments and monitoring daily patient appointments; opening and closing procedures; cash register transactions; and receiving calls and visitors to the shop. We need an organized professional who can multi-task and maintain customer satisfaction. Must be able to research and resolve customer complaints as well as provide patient education regarding the use of clinical products that do not require a prescription.

Additional training will be offered for product knowledge and assistant will attend B.I.C. class to acquire basic knowledge of breastfeeding. Will work with many different age groups and the ability to prioritize and exercise independent judgment is ideal. PC skills are needed in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain confidentiality is absolutely required. One to two years of college education would be appreciated with prior experience in healthcare, sales or retail.
