Provide high quality, friendly service to residents and guests of Royal Oaks at scheduled meals and special events. Maintains the dining and food service areas in a neat, clean and sanitary manner. Interacts with residents, other guests and coworkers in a friendly and helpful manner, while promoting and exhibiting professional behaviors identified as Royal Oaks core behaviors.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Able to read, write and speak English fluently, and to follow written and oral directions;
Must exhibit qualities of patience, concern for the needs of the elderly, and a positive attitude toward interactions with residents and employees;
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment;
Ability to stand and walk continuously for the duration of the shift;
Exhibits leadership abilities, able to effectively give direction;
Obtain a Food Handlers card.
