Store opening team member

*Provides hands on training and assistance to new franchisees and their staff during the opening of new stores. To include; inventory and cost control measures.
*Assist with hiring/firing of staff and/or management from corporate owned stores.
*Provides leadership to store managers/franchisees to ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong team building
* Basic computer literacy to include Word and Excel
* 3-5 years successful management/supervisory experience in quick serve restaurant industry
* Good organizational skills
* Must be able to work independently
* Ability to travel
