Sous Chef

Development: : Shadow WoodDepartment: Food and BeverageDivision: Shadow Wood ClubDescription: Assist the Executive Chef in managing and coordinating the H.O.T.H. (Heart of the house) while delivering a consistently high quality food presentation Responsible for all H.O.T.H. staff including line cooks, preparatory, stewarding. Helpful to have prior management experience in similar style kitchen operations and at least three years of diversified kitchen and hospitality industry experience. Must be certified by the State of Florida’s Professional Food Managers Program.
