We’re looking for energetic and talented Restaurant Managers for the Orlando Area, from Leesburg to Palm Bay.

Restaurant Managers are #1. You will play the key role in the operation of our restaurants.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities include:
Effectively and efficiently manage a Taco Bell restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfactions and profit maximization
Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant teamEnsures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are metControls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionsRecruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes discipline action, motivates and trainsEnsures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance programEnsures food quality and 100% customer satisfactionEnsures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programsEnsures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team
REQUIREMENTS
Restaurant Manager Requirements include:
Good oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsBasic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skillsBasic personal computer literacyHigh School or College Preferredprevious supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility
