REQUIREMENTS
For both positions, requirements include: The ability to efficiently and professionally provide guidance and coaching to your team to achieve operational excellence. You should have strong motivational and customer service skills, great integrity and work ethic. Ability to interact and lead a group of people. Must be in good physical shape as this is a “Hustle” job where you are on your feet majority of the day. Requires an individual with high energy and a positive attitude. You must lead by example and follow all procedures 100% of the time. Other responsibilities include training, scheduling, paperwork, perfect image, great customer service, store cleanliness, food management, attendance and punctuality. Also, a good driving record is a must!
