About the Position
Restaurant Managers play a key role in the success of our company. Employees, who have been selected for the U.S. Beef Corporation management team, have demonstrated leadership and possess the qualities that are necessary to inspire other team members to carry out their duties to the best of their abilities. Managers have the overall responsibility of the daily operation of the restaurant. Managers must be able to ensure compliance in all areas of the store’s day-to-day operation including; cash/security procedures, product preparation, food safety, customer service, financial accountability, controlling profit & loss, team management, recruiting and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Focused on providing exceptional customer service
Previous management experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment
Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong decision-making skills
Flexible schedule
