RETAIL GENERAL MANAGER

General Managers are responsible for the successful operation of a high volume Hess Express gasoline station/convenience store. While maintaining customer service policy, the candidates will recruit, hire, train, and manage performance and development of all personnel while maximizing sales and profits through effective marketing, merchandising, vendor
relations, and selling techniques. Will effectively manage inventory and expenses, and analyze P&L statements
REQUIREMENTS
•Prior Retail Management/Supervisory experience
•Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred
