Prepared Foods/Deli Team Members

Answer customer questions and practice suggestive selling Chop and prepare ingredients for prepared foods Ensure fresh and appealing products Support goals and vision of the PFDS Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader or Supervisor Work a flexible schedule opening shifts including weekends and holidays Maintain an impeccably clean work area Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices Operate and sanitize all Prepared Foods equipment in a safe and proper manner Communicate effectively with team members, and team and store leadership
REQUIREMENTS
Flexible schedule and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, other Team Members and leadership. 18 years or older and able to work up to a maximum of 8-10 hours/day. Stand up to 4 hours without a break and walk for extended periods of time. Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds, unassisted. Push and pull carts, weighing up to 100 pounds, unassisted. A sense of urgency Previous deli experience is preferred.
