Pizza Luce Duluth seeks General Manager

Not Your Ordinary Pizzeria....Our eclectic mix of great staff and loyal customers help to create our unique urban vibe on the corner of Lake and Superior in Duluth. Pizza Lucé is a locally grown independent that started in Minneapolis 1993. Since then we gained a strong following for our award-winning pizza and have expanded to 4 locations. Our largest location in Downtown Duluth opened for business in 2003 and features a large dining room and full bar.The GM is responsible for a smooth running restaurant that delivers excellent customer service and food quality.Salary is competitive with health/dental benefits. Minimum 4 years of restaurant management (casual and/or upscale causal)required.REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
+ 3-5 years RECENT Restaurant Management Experience
+ Demonstrated leadership ability
+ Ability to movtivate/manage all levels of staff
+ Experience with restaurant marketing and finances
+ Strong interpersonal & collaborative skills
