Pastry Chef

In search of a passionate Pastry Chef to oversee the pastry department of a well established Los Angeles café/bakery. The ideal candidate will need to be ingredient savvy and think outside the box using all natural and alternative ingredients. In this role you will have the ability to be creative and should enjoy customer interaction. REQUIREMENTS
* Strong knowledge of natural and alternative ingredients
* Excellent at designing cakes and consulting with clients
* Culinary degree
* Spanish speaking or ability to communicate
* Experience working in a bakery and production setting
