REQUIREMENTS
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of a Panda Express restaurant including sales, costs, hiring, training, ordering, inventory and marketing.
Ensure daily routine and operation of the restaurant are running smoothly.
Provide excellent customer service, maintain food quality and meet financial and operational goals.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
Planning, operation and management analysis skills a plus.
Self-motivated and quick learner.
Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing high growth company.
Continuous desire for learning and self-improvement.
