Performs job functions to support the following Food Service operational systems: safe food handling, volume food production, menu development and modification, meal assembly and portion control, inventory management and infection control/sanitation. REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications: Three years experience in quantity food preparation and production including experience in at least three of the following: High Volume Food Production, Variable Menus, Modified Menus, Catering, Compliance with Standardized Recipes, Inventory Management. Must be able to read, write and speak English, follow oral and written instructions, have basic math skills, basic problem solving, organizational and leadership skills, and basic computer data entry and retrieval skills (e.g. food ordering, cash register, etc.). Experience with HACCP processes required.
