Manager 1 - Food Production

Unit Description: Private girls school with 105 resident students. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily in buffet and family style dining service. Ideal candidate will be highly organized, have the ability to multi-task, interpret general accounting and have one to three years of food service experience. Manage food production, plan and cost menus.Position Summary:
Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of food production employees. Responsible for the purchasing and receiving of food and supplies, as well as monitoring the inventory. Maintains food production records/cost indicators. Plans and costs menus.Basic Education Requirement:
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School DegreeBasic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:
