Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent and the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests and executive management. Chef Allen's requires cooks to have a love for food, a passion for cooking and a dedicated work ethic.
