JOIN OUR TEAM AS WE OPEN NEW LOCATIONS!!Our kitchen managers oversee the efficient provision of speedy service within the Bill Bateman's Bistro community.Managing the kitchen involves financial, marketing and operational know-how, as well as a talent for team-building.As a kitchen manager you will plan, organize, direct and coordinate the resources and activities in your department. You will set targets, plan budgets, control inventory and inspire your team. It is your ideas, initiative and personality that shape your department.Our kitchen managers must also be able to work in the front of the house as well. We feel that knowing the guests' needs will enhance your position as kitchen manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Must have minimum one to two years experience in full service kitchen management with sales exceeding $2m.Must monitor and maintain high standards of food, service and hygiene, ensuring our required standards of customer care are met.Must budget to ensure maximum profitability of the operation, achieving the set profit and loss targets.
Must be able to schedule, review & discipline employees.
Must pass all tests given by management.
Excellent benefits package.Salary is commensurate with experience.Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must provide proof of residence in the state of Maryland or Pennsylvania.
Must have personal working vehicle to provide transportation to work
