Circulate through the room checking on guests' satisfaction with food and service.
Assist with guest’s complaints retrieving management when needed.
Place dinner menus, wine lists or appetizer menus throughout the restaurant/theater then collect and store them appropriately.
Assist in maintaining general cleanliness of restaurant/retail store and periodically check restrooms.
Greet guests entering restaurant in a hospitable manner, escort them to their tables, open menus, place napkins, pull out chair etc. and exchange pleasantries.
Keep current status of table availability and accurate guest counts.
Ensure tables are cleared and reset properly assisting server assistants or servers when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Customer Service experience required.
