Multi Cuisine preparation of Large & Small scale Catered events. Learn how to prepare several course gala dinners and diverse buffets for 1,000’s with proper planning and technique.

•Blue Sage Kitchen Cook and Lead Cook - 4 Fulltime Positions
To produce all hot and cold food items for service in the restaurant and catering functions, ensuring that all are prepared according to Marriott standards and specifications. Minimum lifting 30 lbs. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers. Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching. Exposure to cleaning chemicals. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

•Blue Sage Kitchen Station Attendant- 1 Fulltime Position
This innovative eatery showcases an inspirational menu of contemporary Southwest and traditional Mexican cuisine at this colorful and lively setting. The restaurant's private dining room offers an intimate area for parties of 25 or less. Beautiful outdoor seating and a delicious Sunday buffet are also on the menu. Cutting Edge Southwest Cuisine served Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Learn line cooking with a creative flair and the how to make authentic flavors from scratch in our busiest restaurant.

•Meritage Kitchen Cook - 5 Fulltime Positions
Meritage presents the perfect marriage of Fine Wine and Prime Steaks. The menu also features chicken, seafood and a selection of signature side dishes. The restaurant offers sweeping views of the green fairways and outdoor dining and a welcoming fire pit. After a round of golf guests enjoy club house style lunch and at Dinner it’s “The art of the Grill” with Prime Beef and great seafood.

•Meritage Kitchen Supervisor -4 Fulltime Positions
Supervise Culinary Operations in a self sufficient kitchen where you can help create specials, design menus, and direct a core staff


•Pastry Kitchen Supervisor - 1 Fulltime Position

•Stewarding Supervisor- 6 Fulltime Positions
Great communication skill, and people skills required. Must multitask and have some experience with computers. Must be able to take directions, be self motivated, be very organized, and able to lift 50 lb. Degree in culinary arts preferred.
