We are now seeking candidates for the position of General Manager for our food & beverage and retail locations at the Sacramento International Airport .



General Manager
Must possess superior leadership and drive, and must be passionate about quality service, with superior communication and multi-tasking abilities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field & 3-5 years experience of F&B operations leadership. Fast food and/or casual dining experience helpful.

Experience in logistics (commissary) management and inventory control, as well as multi-location mgmt experience necessary. Additional qualifications include: Knowledge of cash and inventory mgmt, P& L reports and financial analysis; ability to improve sales and customer service; ability to maintain professional business relationships with suppliers and Airport landlord.
