REQUIREMENTS
The right candidate should possess the following

> 1 year management/supervisory experience

> Recruited/developed and trained employees

> Strong interpersonal skills

> Capability of multi tasking

> Strong organizational skills

> Capable of prioritizing, planning and delegating

> Able to work weekends/holidays/nights if business dictates

> A self starter with a creative touch

> Background in customer service concepts a plus
