job description



As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision and direction of outlet service staff. Assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for outlets. Interacting with guests to ensure a positive guest experience and eensuring that meals are being served in a professional and timely manner. You will also need to handle any guest complaints should they arise. REQUIREMENTS


Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must have basic computer skills

Must have a minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage experience

1 year supervisory experience preferred.
