Fast Track Regional Manager Needed

Boston Market, a wholly owned subsidiary of the McDonald's Corporation, is in search of a fast track Regional Manager in the Florida area. Candidates can be located in either Orlando or Tampa.

Qualified Candidates must have
-At least 3 years experience in ensuring operational effectiveness for 15+ stores
-Strong analytical and organizational skills
-Strong oral, written and presentation skills
-Advanced working knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and control systems
-Ability to travel overnight as required
-Proven track record of passionate customer service - ability to develop store managers within the region to deliver legendary customer service experiences in every store.
-Proven leadership and team skills, ability to motivate and manage all levels of management
-Basic computer skills
-Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Boston Market
-Ability to value change and work in a face paced environment.
-Bachelors Degree preferred
