REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications: This position requires High school diploma or equivalent. San Diego County Food Handlers Card. Six months or more experience in institutional food service, healthcare desired, including: food handling, infection control, meal assembly, portion control, customer service. Must be able to read, write, and speak English, follow oral and written instructions, have basic math skills. Must be able to demonstrate position-required behaviors in fulfillment of the organization's mission.
