Job Responsibilities:
Positions that are available are for Cook 1, 2, and 3. The level depends on the experience you have.
Prepare and manufacture hot and cold items according to hotel standards.
Prepare food items using such methods as grilling, sauteing, broiling, and poaching.
Perform duties on both hot and cold food lines.
Practice basic sanitation, food rotation, cooler cleanliness, and kitchen etiquette.
Positions could be in one of our restaurants or in banquets.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Team player with a positive attitude and a passion to serve.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a full service Culinary operation
Understanding of food items and terminology
Must be able to read and speak English.
