The Alhambra a place of great caring, warmth and support is seeking a full-time and Part-time Cook for their Alhambra Retirment Home and Skilled Nursing Facility.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have knowledge of acute hospital style care. Volume cooking a must.

Essential duties:

Cooks food in quantities according to menu and number of persons.

Prepares and stores food according to established procedures.

Prepares entrees, soups and modified foods.

Assures food is dated and stored correctly.
